To do this, go to the control panel and then Programs and Features. Most of the time you can fix this problem by uninstalling the Java runtime and then reinstalling it all over again. If it did provide crash info, I would had definitely provided it. All I saw was the augments that I specified up there before it crashes and that's it. The error doesn't show up anywhere there.
